STEP 1

Client seeking services reaches out via phone or email. At that time, Overview Cleaning Services will collect some basic information such as square footage, number of offices, conference rooms, break rooms, windows, and type of flooring. 

STEP 2

A time and date is scheduled to complete an on-site walk-through of the client's facility. We will also access the condition of the facility and confirm the number of offices, conference rooms, break rooms, etc.

STEP 3

After the on-site walk-through, we will send the client a written quote via email. This is usually no later than 24 hours after the walk-through.
